UNITED STATES COMPANY FORMATIONS
CORPORATION - INC
This is a statutory body and has a separate legal entity so
is similar to the UK Limited company. It is sometimes referred
to as a Business Corporation
The company is taxed as a corporation.
Directors and officers manage the affairs of the corporation.
FOREIGN CORPORATION
A company is normally incorporated in the State in which it
intends to undertake business. If it wishes to trade elsewhere
or be incorporated in another State then it will need to qualify
as a foreign corporation.
WCA is able to incorporate in any of the 50 U.S. States and provide Registered Agent services.
